WHO IS SARAH
I’m Sarah Rainbolt-Foss, an esthetician, educator, and mentor who knows what it feels like to graduate beauty school and still have no idea how to turn a license into a real career. I started my whole life over in my 30s, built a business from scratch, and have since helped hundreds of estheticians get the gain the focus, skills, and confidence they didn’t get in beauty school.
I’m not just another “Instagram esthetics coach.” I started out as a spa employee and now am the owner of a successful spa in Los Angeles. I’ve worked hands on with over a thousand clients, and I understand the real challenges estheticians face in the treatment room- employee or owner. More than that, I was an actual beauty school educator and instructor. I’ve mentored hundreds of estheticians, created my popular online course, Beyond Beauty School, spoken on national stages, and serve as a Vagaro Icon Coach and industry ambassador.
